What I love most from my years of practice, is the opportunity to teach individuals and groups about their body! The human body is such an amazing thing and it's idiocyncrosies and dynamic functions can create such complex abilities. Often what you don't know can hurt you in regards to your body, and what I've seen frequently is that lack of knowledge or education can lead to missed opportunities for healing. What I offer are educational inservices on a variety of topics to be discussed in clinic or at your community meeting. I want to talk to anyone and everyone willing to listen, and I would love to come to your organizational get together, metting, or host  discussions on the topics listed below, or topics of your choosing.

Additionally, one-on-one consultations are available where I am at your disposal to answer questions. Maybe you have an MRI that you don't understand. Or questions about whether to pursue surgery - I'd love to chat. We can talk about the anatomy, physiology, diagnostic prognosis, what to expect from a surgeon meeting, or what questions you should be asking your doctor. Being your own self advocate is most important in today's medical environment than ever before - I want anyone who has been made to feel looked over or unheard reclaim, not only their voice, but their confidence in order to gain the care they deserve.
